The web page and any information, text, graphics and other materials used in the provision of the Service ("Content") are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

From the moment you use the Service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions and you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Through its Website or through other affiliated sites, Blue SAS offers a comparison service for flights, hotel stays and online car rentals made available by third-party advertisers (ad networks, airlines or online travel agencies, hotels or hotel chains and car rental companies) for a fee.
This Website consults in real time the offers available on the various travel, hotel stay and/or car rental sites and instantly offers the User the results. In this way, the User obtains a database with an intelligent overview of available flights, hotels and cars as well as the characteristics and prices of the selected itineraries or services. The User can directly access, via the Service, the offer proposed by third parties, as well as other services, products, etc. of third parties. Concerning flight offers, Blue SAS also offers a premium search and comparison service ("Premium Search and Comparison Service") that will allow the User to compare offers from third-party partners selected directly by Blue SAS based on the search that they have carried out. The User, even before starting the search or subsequently through the corresponding "pop-up" ("Compare Partners"), may decide to compare flight offers between two or more third-party partners selected by Blue SAS. The results of this comparison will be visible on a separate web page that will open as soon as the User has selected and/or confirmed the aforementioned third-party partners.
For the product "Hotel", in some cases, the comparison service is provided by Bravometa CH SA, registration number CHE-357 283 222, with registered office in Vicolo dei Calvi 2 – 6830 Chiasso, Switzerland ("Bravometa"). This "Hotel" product comparison service is made available to the User by Bravometa on a white label basis, i.e., as part of an advertising contract concluded between Bravometa and Blue SAS which, consequently, has no role in the conclusion of the hotel contract requested by the User. Blue SAS, as the publisher hosting the Bravometa offers, is not responsible for the completeness or accuracy of the information published by Bravometa, nor is it responsible for the Bravometa service requested by the User.
We would like to draw the User's attention to the fact that the products and services to which the User has access via our website are offered by our professional partners, either directly (e.g., airlines, hotels and car rentals) or as an intermediary (e.g., travel agencies) via external websites to which the User is redirected once they have selected the chosen offer. Therefore, before making a reservation, please check carefully on the website of the professional concerned all the details and conditions of the offers you access from our website.
If you decide to access and/or use them, their use shall only be governed by independent terms of service or any other corresponding document submitted by such third parties.

The User agrees to use the Service only to compare prices of flights, hotels, cars and other details, with the intention of making reservations or arranging travel. The search for flights, hotels and/or cars can be carried out according to the following criteria: city/airport of departure, city/airport of destination, date of departure and arrival, number of adults and minors or pick-up location (for car rental).
Use of the Service is permitted for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are prohibited without written authorisation from Blue SAS:
Accessing the Service through a manual or automatic procedure for purposes other than personal use (commercial indexing or research);
It is also prohibited to copy, reproduce, duplicate, adapt, use, sell, exchange or resell any Content from the Service; to use software or any other means that may, intentionally or unintentionally, impair or block the normal operation of the Service (for example, by causing an overload on our computers or other devices that allow access to the Service);
It is also prohibited to attempt to violate or circumvent the restrictions on the exclusion of the use of robots or other security measures of the Service;
It is also prohibited to attempt to modify, translate, adapt, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software we use in connection with the Service;

The proposed flight solutions that meet the criteria specified by the User (trip, dates, number of connections, etc.) are listed from the cheapest price to the most expensive price (in ascending order). The other possible classification criterion that can be selected by the User is the total duration of the trip, from the moment of departure from the departure airport to the moment of landing at the arrival airport ("Duration"). The default ranking criterion used is the "Recommended" criterion, which sorts the results according to the best ratio of flight time (including stopovers) to ticket price. The classification criterion can be modified according to the choices made by the User, to whom we provide filters that allow the search to be restricted to certain offers only (such as the number of stopovers, price range, duration, choice of times, choice of airports, etc.). The offers compared on our website are not exhaustive and show the offers made available by our partners. The prices displayed on our website include all costs and amounts per person that cannot be avoided, including taxes (e.g., tourist taxes and airport taxes), but excluding the costs of additional services (ancillary services) that may be selected by the User on the third-party provider's website. The rates and characteristics of the services displayed on the Blue SAS website are transmitted by third-party providers by computerised means. Providers can offer additional paid services such as insurance. Airlines may also charge additional costs for certain services such as seat selection, changing the boarding pass at the airport, and boarding special baggage. These additional costs are not included in the price.
Offers may be subject to specific price rules, such as cancellation and alteration policies that vary from ticket to ticket. Ticket prices and particular conditions may vary depending on the airline. For this reason, please check the rate conditions applicable to your flight on the supplier's website.
Proposed hotel offers that meet the parameters entered by the User (city, dates, number of guests, etc.) are displayed according to various criteria (including popularity, lowest price, highest price, distance, rating and discount). The results are ranked, by default, according to "popularity" which is determined on the basis of three criteria: the popularity of the hotels/accommodations (analysis of the most booked hotels/accommodations on our partners' reservation sites), the number of reviews (number of public reviews left by customers on these hotels/accommodations) and the quality of the content (presence or absence of a detailed description and number of photos for each hotel/accommodation). Whenever possible, we specify whether breakfast is included in the published rate and/or whether it includes the possibility of cancellation without charge/penalty. In any case, the Cancellation Policy and the exact rates are published on the website of the service provider. In addition, we provide the User with "main" filters that allow the User to hide or select only certain offers (such as budget, type of hotel/accommodation, ranking, distance from the centre of the city selected by the User, etc.), as well as "additional" filters that give the User the possibility of adding additional search parameters relating to additional services offered by the hotel/accommodation.
